Such a fun culinary adventure!

It's always fun when a Flamingo Estate box shows up - and i love that it forces me to be creative in the kitchen. Also - the bread is always GREAT. I used to get this every month but I've slowed down a little due to the higher price, and the amount of repeat veggies! Perhaps i'll go back to once a month when it makes more financial sense.

Flamingo Estate Regenerative Farm Box

The farm box was outstanding! So many beautiful fresh vegetables and fruit. Eggs, bread and a beautiful soap. Even the box it came in was lovely and it forced me to come up with some healthy recipes for the week. Loved it!! I’d never cooked artichokes before and I made a fantastic kale and artichoke gratin.
